I have been working with personal trainers off and on for the last 10 years and never before have I seen the results like those I have seen since training with Karl. I have biceps now triceps too, something I had never gained with any other trainer and had always longed for. Through his unique blend of Pilates, Weight Training and Kickboxing my body has completely changed. Karl never just throws stock weight lifting at you, he really devises an individual program designed for your particular needs and because of that I see muscles in my body I didn't know I had or could have! As an actress maintaining my body has always been a much hated part of my job, but now because of Karl I actually enjoy working out because I can see the difference in the way I look and feel. Not to mention how much better I look in my clothes! I would tell anyone and I mean ANYONE interested in finding a really effective way to lose weight and gain muscle definition, as well as have a good time to run and I do mean RUN to Karl Scott, and let him work his magic on you.
