Effective Results


Karl is an incredible trainer. I had been working with a different trainer for over two years and was not getting the results I wanted: I was gaining weight. Additionally I was recovering from a foot fracture. When I first met Karl, we discussed my goals, what was realistic and how he could help me reach them. He designed workouts based on Pilates, targeted to my needs. Within two weeks, I saw results: I dropped pounds, gained flexibility and felt amazing. Within five weeks, I reached my goals and my body is now transformed. I feel like a new person and finally have a flat stomach! He makes our sessions challenging, interesting, fun and he is always full of great advice. It's great to have such a good trainer who knows what he's doing; I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for "real and effective" results. And believe me, he will get you there!
